I went here a few months ago with my cat when he had a upper respiratory infection. My appt. time was like around 3:30/4:00 I showed up a few minutes early to be sure I was on time. I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour before somebody even acknowledged my presence. I was very disturbed by the appearance of the clinic, files stacked to the ceiling in one room, the place smelled really bad, the lobby desk was in complete disarray, and there were cracks in the walls and floors. Finally after nearly hour of being ignored and way past my appt. time im finally moved to the exam room where im ignored again for a long time. The clinic closes at like 5pm I think, so by the time Im seen and spoken to its already nearly closing time if not just a little past it so now their trying to rush my appt so they can get out on time. over all I was made to feel very unwelcome and unwanted and was FAR from satisfied with the service they offered me, was weary about how sanitary their clinic was, and was very unhappy with the "care" my cat received.

I was referred to this vet and couldn't be happier with there service. I was dealing with a difficult situation concerning my cat on a Saturday as they were closing, The owner sat and helped call around to get prices to deal with our problem ASAP. Unfortunately we had to wait till Monday morning, bringing my cat back to them and saving me hundreds of dollars I could have spent elsewhere on unnecessary procedures. Even when i wasn't there they called me with updates to my pets situation. Thank you so much guys and keep up the good work.

i was very happy with the vet service. also found the office help to be very caring. if you want plush then you can afford to pay for the overhead. i cant and my pets dont mind at all.

THIS PLACE WAS GHETTO AND DISGUSTING AND I WOULD NOT TAKE MY DOG HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! THERE WAS ABUT 20 VULTURES OUTSIDE, THE DOOR DIDNT EVEN HAVE A HANDLE, THERE WAS A TORN APART TRUCK IN THE FRONT, LOOKED LIKE AN ABORTION CENTER! NOPE!

I have 2 little doggies, and I would do anything for them but cost of some Vet's can be crazy expensive, even to just walk in is usually close to $100. this place has been recommended by quite a few pet owners, and I also get good service and free samples of medicine if I can't afford it..so I'll be back.
