This place is real unprofessional. My cat had some irritation on her skin so we took her to Kind Animal Hospital to check it out. The assistant (with tattoos and large gauge earrings) was showing off his scars on his hard from previous cats he mishandled as we were waiting for the vet. The vet and assistant look like people who robbed the place than dressed up as and pretend to be veterinarians. In some attempt to examine my cat, they covered her with some raggedy towel and forcefully grabbed her to prevent resistance. Of course, she was all wild now as the vet speculated that the skin irritation could be incense or something in our house. We literally walked out and went to another place down the street who gave my cat antibiotics and and ointment. I found them to be just plain incompetent.

Poor service from vet - non caring attitude - wants to bleed money from you. He almost killed my cat - put her on meds she didn't need and made it sound like she had a condition - told me she was going to die. Took her to another vet and she put on weight, got better after I stopped the meds he had her on. Best decision for my cat was to take her to another vet. That was awhile ago and my cat is still alive and doing well. Wonder how this guy is still operating

Dr. Basta is wonderful...my dog went in for a dental and I was very concerned as he has some cardiac issues. He came out of it wonderfully and thye office was very caring and did outstanding follow up. I highly recommend this facility!

Wonderful staff.....KIND people....for KIND animal hospital....no coincidence!!!! Dr. Basta is GREAT!!....very knowledgeable......wants what is best for your pet and not what is best for him.....honest.....informative with present as well as preventive care.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A+++++++++++++++ in every way! And my dog Lucy is happy every time she walks in the door!!!!

The love and concern for the animals themselves says it all! They are the best! No one could help my dog, they found the problem and helped. All the staff is great.
