I have been here once before. Building is clean and tidy. Nice that they only work with cats, my cat gets really stressed out by dogs.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for kitten health certificates so that I could get them on the day they turned 8 weeks, and asked about the price. The person on the phone told me it was $95 for the whole litter of 4, and I asked her to verify. She went to ask someone and came back to say that was the price for all 4 together. She called me the day before the appointment to move the time 2 hours earlier, which was inconvenient since I live out of town and had to change arrangements with a buyer, but I agreed. Then she called back AFTER 5:00 and told me the price was really $95 PER KITTEN .. 4 times as much! When I was trying to sort it out by asking questions, she hung up on me. There was no time to call another vet, and I had to wait until Monday to get an appointment with another clinic. I was surprised and distressed by the "bait and switch" or incompetence, and by the rudeness.
