The wait time is bit much and the waiting area does not offer much seating but I feel that the Vet here is so good with my dog that it is worth the wait. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but she was very good with my dog. We just moved here from "up north" and I remember a lot of up selling from the Banfield Hospital my dogs would go to in Illinois but it seems that doesn't happen here as much. The vet is constantly making suggestions that will solve the issue and save us money.

my experience has been great. Everyone is pleasant They change office staff often but dr j is great and the others also.

This place is HORRIBLE! If you have a very injured animal needing immediate assistance DON'T GO HERE! They will just sit and watch your fur baby die until they have cash in hand. I understand not wanting to get paid but how about START helping the poor animal in the meantime! Heartless, heartless doctors here.

This clinic is horrible, the white girl RUDE, to everyone, even if it is not her business she just jumps in the conversation to argue! including her co workers! I have been a customer on the other one in front of Fashion Square Mall and the difference is like going from hell to heaven in terms of service and customer service!!!! Do not go to this one, drive ten more minutes and you wont regret it!!! Stay away from that bitter witch!!

this is the walmart of vets... You get the service you pay for. It's always about what they want to do, not what you request or what your pet needs. The wait is always 1 hour or > and no one ever apologizes for it. I've been going there for 4 months with the same complaint and they keep running the same blood work. They find nothing and run the same blood work again. Don't waste your money or time, and don't put your pet through the stress of staying there all day when all it takes is a 10 minute consultation. Doctors are to good to call you directly, they alsways ask the nurses to do it who, most of the time, have to call back with the answer. I give it 1 star for the nurse's bedside manners and dedication, otherwise it would be zero stars!
