Dr. Vergel and his staff are awesome! They stayed late to perform life-saving surgery on my old dog! They make sure that you know exactly what they're doing to your pet and why. I would recommend this vet to everyone!

I use to go to Mayfair in Kissimmee. This is a lot closer to were I live, so I thought I would give it a shot even though they've only been open for over 3 months now. I took my dog to a doggy daycare for Christmas and she got really sick over the weekend. I took her to Crystal Creek Animal Hospital. The facility is very clean and well organized. The staff is polite and they did a great job with my dog even though she is quite the handful. There is access to a tv in the waiting area as well as in the patient rooms with animal planet playing which is nice to help pass time when waiting. Dr. Vergel is personable and great with dogs. There could be a number of things wrong with my dog and he offered a number of tests to help determine what was wrong. They also allowed me to choose which tests were right for my dog. Their pricing is competitive and I felt comfortable with the final bill. I will take my dog to them in the future for my vet needs.

This Veterinary staff went above and beyond, to care for and repair, my Samoyed, Tikibear's leg. Wonderful, friendly staff!
