Dr Phillips Animal Hospital is amazing!! Bar none! It's so clean! It doesn't even smell like a clinic! The staff is amazing. So helpful and sweet. Dr. Qasim is the best. I've been to many vets in my lifetime and always my biggest complaint has been getting the vet to "talk" to me. Tell me the "whys" and "what fors" and what they are doing. He didn't even hesitate when I brought in my boyfriend's older min pin, Pickles. The doctor was so thorough and forthcoming with information. Even took us into the clinic to see his boarding kennels, the radiographs of Pickles, etc. I would gladly recommend this clinic to anyone trying to keep a family member (old, young, big, small, canine, feline, doesn't matter) happy and healthy. The staff are more than willing to work with everyone, even if you're on a budget. They give out estimates before any treatments are done. Short of a physical done by the Doctor himself as part of your office visit. They have health plans through the clinic that, for a flat rate, give you unlimited office visits and more for a year. This clinic is a must visit if you'd like to find a great place for your four-legged family member(s).

Compared to the private clinics in the area, the prices were very reasonable. Quality was wonderful, the staff was great, and they made sure I understood every step of the way what was going on and what treatment options were available. My pet needed help after hours, and instead of having to pay an arm and a leg at the emergency clinic, I was surprised to find out that they were open until 11pm on weekdays! What a life-saver !

Love the clinic. Dr. Quasim is top notch. Very honest and caring. Tells it like it is. With all my regular visits, and even "emergency" ones, I've always had a great experience. The clinic is clean, the people friendly, can you ask for anything else ?

Very disappointed with pricing - we were overcharged on heavy pain meds for our dying cat (cancer). Our regular vet is 45 min. away which is why I needed to buy pain meds somewhere close-by. We were charged $108 for meds that lasted 5 days. After I bought meds there three times, I called our regular vet about pricing and they are charging us $100 to last 14 days for the same meds. We also inquired about euthanasia (for future when we may need it) and were quoted $180 - when we inquired with our regular vet, we were quoted $49.50. I couldn't believe it. The doctor at this facility also has a bit of an attitude problem as he rolled his eyes at me once for asking questions about the pain med dosage.

Went there on November 9th (On a Sunday) by far the best experience for my pet and I. The doctor and the nurses showed such a great level of professionalism and expertise. No Doubt Definitely go here again. For sure recommend this clinic for all pet owners
