The focus seems to be pets and then closely followed by sales, sales, and more sales! They veterinary services are good. I wouldn't keep my dog there for boarding because they would spend most of their day in a room. Other vets charge 1/3 the price. They are very pushy with adding on every additional service to charge the customer, that's why I quit going here.

Ok let me begin we purchased a puppy through a local pet store and had to use this vet for warranty so first state law requires any puppy purchased in florida if dog gets sick within 2 week of purchase pet store has to pay medical bills well that was the case with my puppy and they said no I would be responsible so we paid not until I researched the law and told them this I finally got our money back.Next I just made apt for my dog to get yearly shots well come to find out when I made apt she said ooopps looks like we forgot to give her one of her last puppy shots must of fell between the cracks this is unacceptable how can you have something fall between the cracks I mean come on. Third I also needed prescription for heartworm since I am not getting it filled from them there is a 5.00 charge I mean come on nickel and dime and on top of it gotta drive all the way from the other side of town so I decided to change vets one that don't nickel and dime you and let dogs health fall between the cracks if I was you run from this place

Today we made the hardest decision any pet lover has to. Our precious Westie had some serious health issues that would require surgery, and due to his age, we were advised by Dr. Glenn that he wasn't sure if Angus would survive. Dr. Glenn spent long periods of time on the phone with us helping us to understand what might be expected, but never once persuaded us one way or another. We prayed for clear guidance and decided not to put Angus through more pain and serious surgeries that probably would not improve his quality of life, so this morning made the decision to put him to sleep and free him from all his discomfort. I cannot say enough about Drs. Glenn, Yantorni and all the wonderful and caring staff at East Orlando Animal Hospital (April, Sarah, etc.). They are devoted and experienced lovers of our pets and sensitive carers of grieving pet owners. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the first phone call to all the staff and the Vet, everyone was caring and helpful. We had to put our dog to sleep, one of our saddest days. Thank you to the Vet and all the staff who helped us in the door and for the caring comfort.

Been using Dr Glenn since 1983. Service has always been great. Our dog loves the daycare. A bit on the pricey side in my opinion. I still take all my animals to EOAH and will continue to do so.
