Dr. Hassan saved by dog at Christmas and I continue to go back to the vets, I take both my dogs here, my dog had a seizure in September last year so I took him to the emergency pet hospital, I was given medication for him and he was fine, so I went back to my own vet at the SPCA, she told me to monitor him when the medication ended, well needless to say he had more seizures.....so after he almost died at Christmas due to cluster seizures I took him back to Dr. Hassan, he saved him and I continue to take him to Dr.Hassan. I am more than happy.

Our family is so thankful to the emergency pet hospital! Everyone there is so dedicated, I can't say enough. Honestly, about their true respect gentleness and love for the precious lives of each and every pet! When you walk into the clinic and see their faces full of genuine concern and love to help your pet as if it was theirs is truly beyond encouraging. The Doctor is honest, dedicated, highly, skilled, gentle and loving. He speaks to your pet with love and empathy. Gains your pets trust in a heartbeat. I was very inspired impressed and forever thankful. He successfully helped my precious little one. The staff was so courteous, caring, and supportive. Thank you! He’s truly a beacon of light in the darkest of times.

In and out in under 20 minutes. No appointment. It was awesome. Got the annual done, and all the pet meds. LOVE THEM.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a vet. We took our pet here in an emergency when our regular vet was not open. The communication was horrible. We paid up front for what we thought was the total care of our pet that was predetermined to be two days but when we got there to pick him up we were charged even more. If we called we only got to speak with the person at the desk who didn't act like they knew anything about our animal and we were always told that the vet was not there or too busy to talk to us. Their now obvious lack of knowledge of how to deal with our animal contributed to his issues. By the time we got him out of their care it was too late. We got him to our vet today and had to have him put to sleep. There were many things that were done that our vet said were not appropriate for his condition as well as lab results that didn't match what we were told. I am so sad that I didn't see these comments first. I would have never trusted his care to this clinic. I am trying to spread the word so that others don't have to go through this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't take your pet here. Do your research first. I know when you are in an emergency situation you sometimes don't have the luxury of time to look things up, so do your research now to prepare.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you and your staff for saving Sammie, our diabetid cat's life yesterday during his severe and life-threatening occurrence of insulin shock. Since he was already in a coma when you began treating him, we have no doubt that he would have died in a matter of a few more minutes had it not been for your urgent response and prompt professional treatment. Words alone cannot express our gratitude. Sammie's quick recovery while still under your care yesterday was nothing short of amazing! And by the time we brought him home yesterday he was acting pretty ,much normal, though a little unsteady because of the sedative you had given him. However, within an hour he was entirely back to normal and ate another can of food in addition to the one you fed him at the hospital. Sammie owes his life to your professionalism.
