I have used Hiawassee Vet Clinic for 15 years. I have been extremely happy with the care they provide to my pets. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Dr. Palm is patient, kind, and has a broad understanding of various animals and their associated health issues. He always takes the time to answer questions and treats my pets as if they were his own. His love of animals is obvious. I would highly recommend Hiawassee Vet Clinic.

One of the areas best! Dr. Palm is a great doctor and the staff is there to make sure your pet gets well. I've been bringing my two dogs there for almost and year and they have been treated well and almost like the going, well until we get to the front door at least. The staff and doctors always make sure to give you a follow up call after any sick visit, which is makes you feel that they care about your pets recovery even after seeing them. If they are taking patients this is the place to go in the west side of Orlando.

Hiawassee Veterinary Clinic is great! Everyone is very friendly & I always feel that my dog is well cared for when I bring her in. I also like that they have extended hours during the week so I can bring her after work if something immediate comes up instead of having to wait until the weekend. Their web site is great too. I like being able to make appointments online & viewing my dog's personalized page which shows her history, what meds she's taken & when she is due for her annual shots. And I love how I can upload a photo of her, just like it's her own Facebook page! The monthly newsletter is a nice feature. Very informative. All around Hiawassee Veterinary Clinic is a fantastic vet's office!

One of my cat had crystals on her urine and was suffering to eliminate it, I've been to an emergency hospital, than another vet, after 10 days cat was still suffering, I went to the clinic by indication of a friend that had worked with Dr. Palm. He couldn't believe previous doctors didn't give her anti-inflammatory, 1st day after we left the clinic and got the medicine she was urinating normally. Had been there a couple times after that, had always had 100% of attention and care to my cats. It's very good to see you pet is being treated as an individual, not one more number o a cash machine.

I love this place and their staff, I boarded my dog while I was gone on vacation and they took great care of my her, It's very affordable and their staff is great.
