I absolutely LOVE this clinic. In 2012, my baby girl had severe skin allergies and the vet I was taking her to just kept giving cortisone shots and never getting to the root of the problem. I decided to try Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital because it was right down the street from my house andI do not regret it. The vet who saw her was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose & help resolve my dog's skin situation for good. During that first visit, she discovered a very severe heart murmur, which had gone unnoticed by my previous vet. The only complaint I have is that she lacked sensitivity in telling me what she'd discovered. I remember specifically asking, "is my puppy going to die..?" and she said, "maybe". Just like that. I was a little taken aback because.. I mean.. wow. She could have softened it up a little... I decided to keep taking my dog there because, sensitive or not, the woman knows her sh*t. And the rest of the staff was awesome and caring also, so that was definitely something that hooked me. On my second visit, though, I met Dr. Gallo. Equally as knowledgeable, but much friendlier and more sensitive. After that, I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. We recently moved out of the city, but when my dog passed away, I contacted Dr. Gallo immediately. We have not only found a great vet but an awesome friend. Still swing by the clinic whenever I visit Orlando. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone who asks. When you call to make our appointment, make sure you ask for Dr. Gallo. You will not regret it!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I took my dog Jack there and couldnt have been happier. They were able to diagnose the issue and explain to me what i needed to do to treat him. thank you!

I have been taking my pets to Pershing Oaks for the past 4 years, I always go on Wednesdays to see Doctor Nanette Wagner. Dr. Wagner saw a problem with my Chihuahua PJ a couple of years ago, and immediately went into action, referring me to Dr. Smith a specialist in Maitland, if it was not for Dr. Wagners attention to detail and to the urgency in this matter, I would not have my PJ with me today. Dr. Wagner is an outstanding Vet, and a very humorous person to associate with, she brings professionalism and a touch of humor to the room when she attends to my 3 dogs, PJ, Bessie and Priscilla. Very Pleasant Experience - I recommend this practice without reservation. I am new to the area and needed my 6.5 year old cat checked out. The staff was most accommodating even when I had to reschedule due to work demands. My cat is not a crowd lover so he was quite nervous. Everyone was considerate and compassionate to his anxiety. The Dr. was very open to my questions and gave a thorough exam. Within 15 minutes not only did the Dr. have an accurate diagnosis of what ailed my cat, but was giving me options of what needed done now and what could be held off and done over time. All this without sacrificing any immediate care my cat needed. I now have a very happy cat without tapping my kids college funds. I am a very satisfied and will be visiting the practice again for all my pets medical needs.

I was referred to Pershing Oaks by a neighbor when I moved into the neighborhood. I find them to be extremely competent and caring towards all of my dogs, Beaureguarde, Cuddles, Rufus and Daisy Mae. They even saw my "granddog" when my son was out of town and took care of her as if they had for years. Dr. Wagner really knows what to look for and will tell you outright what needs to be done. She hasn't missed yet on her diagnosis and treatment. Though my physician and I get along great I wish she were a "human" physician as well. The pets are so lucky to have her. The entire staff gets to know the pets and treats them as their own. Good job everyone at Pershing Oaks!
