I want to start making a point to leave reviews when things are wonderful, and this is really a great vet. We've seen a couple different vets on different visits, and each person has been friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Wait times are always manageable. My Trifexis refills are always quick and without incident. We like to take our two Aussies in for the "spa package," which is super cheap for all of the services. From memory, I believe your dogs get a bath, groom, teeth cleaning, and anal gland expression (necessary!!!) for 20 bucks a dog. Great deal. We added our female Aussie to the family as a pup around a year and a half ago, and she was spayed here. The process was easy and I felt very comfortable trusting my girl with the folks here. I will say that some of the procedures/visits seem expensive when compared to other vets, but it's worth it for the service and expertise that you get. Truly the most experienced people in the area.

Dr. Hill and the crew at Lake Underhill Animal hospital are the best! My wonderful 10-year-old King's Poodle Mix is a 100lb beast that we just love and adore. When it was time for her to have surgery the staff at Underhill was so wonderful with us and with her that I know there is no other choice for vet care. From the pre-surgery set up to calling to check on her once we got her home, the staff is top notch. We come from the other side of town but it is so worth it!!!

Rude, unhelpful, staff. Completely unprofessional, had to pay an extra night of hospitalization because they were "too busy," to answer their phones or call to let us know that our kitten was well and ready to be picked up. Look elsewhere.
