I've been bringing my dogs to Palm Harbor Animal Hospital for decades, starting with Dr. Jezek, and now Dr. Sullivant. They have consistently provided knowledgeable,professional, and compassionate care for all stages of my pets' lives. My dogs actually love going there, and love the staff! I highly recommend these wonderful folks!

I have been taking my pets to Palm Harbor Animal Hospital for over 30 years starting when Dr Jezek opened the practice. Dr Sullivant and her staff are not only professional but they show an exceptional love for my pets. It is like visiting family when I take my 4 legged "family" to the Vet. The shop is bright and energetic to go along with the staff. Thanks "guys" for showing the love and respect that my "babies" deserve. A Vet should be compassionate as well as competent and Dr. Sullivant "fits the bill"!

The lady Vet there took care of us when I had to put my dog to sleep. I was very distrought so I don't remember her name, but she was obviously caring and did it in a way that he fell asleep first and didn't feel anything.Unlike another dog I had to put to sleep about 10 years ago (both due to cancer) where the dog cried and tried to bite the vet at a location in Bradenton. As difficult of a time that is for anyone to have to face, you at least want a vet who cares and takes thier time to make sure dog doesn't suffer even more.

i have been going to Palm Harbor Animal Hospital since 1989. I am so happy to have found such a great animal hospital. There are 2 vets there and each has their own special ways but always listen to what i have to say so they can know how to keep my 4 dogs healthy and happy. So thank you to all the staff there for always getting me in when i call in a panic and always being so kind to me, going that extra bit to make sure we are all ok. sharon c

I've been taking my pets to Palm Harbor Animal Hospital since 2002. I love that it has a small town family feel. The staff and doctors know me and my pet by name and I never feel like just a number. When my pets are sick they always work me in, and they treated my Maya like she was their own when she got sick. Dr Jezek, Dr Sullivant and the girls love what they do and it shows.
