Very friendly staff and they have always keep to my appointments. I luckily have never had a major issue with any of my dogs so I can't say much about those kind of situations, but for basic services they have been great. Always clean aswell.

This is by far the worst vet I have ever taken my animals to. I adopted two cats from Palm Beach Animal Care and Control, in which they give you free vet visits up to $500. I chose this facility because it was closest to my house and figured I could try them out. However, after taking both of my cats there over six times, within three or four weeks, my cats became more and more ill and they told me I had used up all my free vet visit money. After a month one of my cats became so ill he had to be hospitalized over night at a different facility. The other facility was super expensive, but my cat received the treatment he needed and soon became healthy again. However, my other cat continued to look more and more unhealthy and I continued to bring him to the vet. They told me that it just took time for the medicine to work and to wait and see how he was in a couple of weeks. When I expressed to them how I felt about my cat showing no progress and becoming more and more ill after all the free vet visits and my out of pocket money, they suggested I bring my cat back to the shelter. This may have seemed ideal at the time and under the circumstances, but I have a two year old little girl and she had grown very attached to Milo. I also made a phone call to the shelter in which I adopted both cats and they suggested that I bring Milo back so they could euthanize him. They said there was nothing they could do because they had already given me $500 in free vet visits, which I completely agree with because that's more than fair. The only reason I continued to go to them was because they had been seeing my cats for six months and I figured they would eventually figure out what was wrong with him. With that being said, I still had a very sick animal on my hands and I decided to give the vet one more shot. I took Milo to the vet about four months ago, they charged me $200 just to test his stool and give me heart worm and flee medication for all three of my cats. They never called me back with the results of his stool test, so I called them and they told me it was negative for worms. Once again I was left with no answers and a ton of money spent. I decided to wait a couple weeks and see if Milo was doing any better. However, tragedy struck for the whole family when we woke up three weeks after his vet visit and found him lying dead on our living room floor behind the recliner. My two year old did not really understand what was going on and she kept asking me why she couldn't see Milo. It was really heartbreaking and we ended up burying him in the backyard. Milo will be forever missed and in our hearts.

VCA Palm Beach County Animal Hospital has the most wonderful staff I have every had the pleasue of working with, they are caring and compassionate, I was made to feel like part of thier family!! I wouldn't go any \where else.
