I took my 5yr old 9lb Min Pin/Chihuahua mix to Dr.Puig for a regular check up and her yearly vaccinations and I am in love with this clinic. As I walked in I was greeted by his assistants and they were so friendly and attentive. When I went in to the consultation room the girls were great with my dog when they took her to the back for blood and other analysis. Then Dr.Puig came in to examine her and give her the injections. He was so sweet and nice to her, he even rubbed the spot after he injected her too make sure a lump did not form. He took his time with us discussing her diet and general welfare. I have never felt so welcome and so comfortable at a vet's office before. When they gave us the total bill I was surprised because even with the heart worm medication the total was VERY fair. The best thing was that after sleeping for a few hours my dog woke up playful and happy, she usually runs a fever and has vomiting and diarrhea after vaccines so this the best she has ever reacted to a shot. I must say that I will continue going to Dr.Puig for all of my vet care from now on.

The vet was very attentive. i have gone to the hollywood animal hospital in the past and decided to change vets since i would make appts. and up wainting out in the waiting area for an hour- only to wait another hour in a private room to get everything done. Also the place wasnt very clean, its old and rundown and it stinks like a nursing home. So i heard from a technician (who did not work at the animal clinic) that it was very clean and the vet was good. It was very clean and the vet really took time listening to my concerns and checking out my dogs. he seemed to be sensitive and caring about them. it is nice to see someone treat your pets with some love and care-without being rushed. My dogs didnt even seem to feel their shots. it was a good experience......Pricing was average. A little bit less than Hollywood Animal Hospital.
