I have worked at 4 veterinary hospitals around the nation and during this time, worked with over 80 veterinarians and hundreds of staff ranging from kennel help to hospital owners. Silver Lakes Animal Hospital ranks among the very best when it comes to friendliness, knowledge and experience, though the practice is small, it provides a very home like feel where clients are treated as family. I will continue to bring my pets here and encourage not only Pembroke Pines residents but, all surrounding towns and counties to bring their loved ones. Great job Silver Lakes Animal Hospital, don't stop what you are doing!

I have always had very good experiences with Silver Lakes Animal Hospital. The staff is always friendly and they take very good care of my pets. They go out of their way to make us feel at home. My dog, Lucy, LOVES going there! She pulls me into the office wagging her tail and goes around and says Hello to everyone. They make a fuss over her every time! The doctor there is so nice, and takes time to explain everything to me and answeres all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vet!

I give 1 star only because I can not give no stars. Did a working interview there. All I can say is horrible staff. The one vet I shadowed seemed cold and callous. They are very fouled-mouthed, not knowledgeable, unprofessional and not compassionate with client pets. I witnesses a dog get smacked in the face twice with a towel just because he was being a goofy dog and jumping on the technicians. Be warned and go elsewhere ! Needless to say I did not accept the job offer and told the practice manager what I had seen. Don't think it will help though.... Being cruel to a pet for no reason is uncalled for.. ALWAYS !
