I was wanting to board my chihuahua for a few days while i left town on business. Fist of all the hours say open at 8:00 am but no one was there until 8:28. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! While I was now waiting to check my dog in, i heard the lady "Francine" was her name, speak rudely to her worker just about her making coffee. I also asked to check out the back where my baby will be staying, and she said they dont do that here, in a condescending tone. If i was not 30 minutes behind schedule to catch a flight at 10:00am, i would have tried to find another place to board my dog. Well i know i will never go there again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL receptionist

I can't thank Sunshine Animal Hospital staff and Dr. Ember for the above excellent care that they gave to my almost dying Brandy. She was suffering from an allergic reaction and I rushed immediately to the office and they took her in right away and in less than a few minutes she was stable. The prices are very low compared to other vet offices and the treatment is superb! I wouldn't trade this place for any other, -A thankful client Love, Brandy.

We have two male cats and they got into a bit of a fighting match while we were gone. Apparently one of the cats got his ear bitten and the wound got infected by the time we noticed (he has dark hair and the infection began inside the ear). We took our cat to Sunshine Animal Hospital and the vet starts to say how serious the wound is, and how the cat will need to be sedated to get the wound cleaned. He gives us an estimate of $556.00. I found this RIDICULOUS... We showed the estimate to one of the other employees and the employee could not understand why the vet would need to sedate my cat in order to proceed with cleaning the wound. The doctor looked at my cat for 2 minutes, and still charged us 45 dollars for the visit... My fiancé took our cat elsewhere. For $40 dollars our cat's wound was cleaned and we received antibiotics for his infection. I don't doubt that the people at Sunshine Animal Hospital will do a great job. But they are treating their clients as if they are ignorant and taking advantage just to get more money...
