I adore the groomers at Pensacola Pet Resort Too. My puppers always seems happy and relaxed when I pick her up after a grooming session and she always looks perfect. They really pay attention to detail like nails, insides of ears, and fluffy bums and my doggie always leaves looking and feeling amazing. Highly recommended!

I disliked this place because of their lack of safety. My dog recently stayed here, and I found out that they keep the dogs locked up in a separate building, with no way of getting to the dogs in case of an emergency! The receptionist informed me that they usually have a person in there with the animals, but the person was not on the property there at the time. The last time my dog was boarded here, he got kennel cough. Had there been an emergency such as a fire, they would have had know way of getting to the pets to evacuate them. In summary, I wouldn't recommend this place because of their disregard for safety.

I have 3 little Schnauzers who I love so much and I worry about them when I leave constantly. This place was recommended to me by 2 of my coworkers. I was skeptical about this place before I actually saw it in person just as I am with every boarding location. The place is so cute and very clean. It looks like a dollhouse very well decorated for dogs! They got 5-6 walks a day and got to play outside 3 times a day. I was gone for a week and I would call everyday to get a report from them. My dogs got the "Blues Clues Suite" which is the size of a small bedroom very very cutely decorated. It is pricey but it is worth it and I will take my dogs back every time I leave town. For a week it cost me $560 but that included them to be groomed! The groomer is awesome and my dogs looked like they had the most fun ever. When I picked them up they even gave me a report card for each dog. Too cute. I recommend this to anyone that loves their dogs dearly just as I do. It is pricey but it is very well worth it!

I was always please with this place up until my last two visits. I had taken both my dogs to Pet Resort for an extended weekend. Both dogs got Kennel Cough. I have witnessed the receptionist accept two animals that did NOT have their bordetella shots. One was a family who had stayed in Pensacola for vacation and didn't realize their dog couldn't stay with them. So they boarded it without verification. The other was in my recent trip. A girl dropped her dog off and knew that her dog needed the shot. She requested the vet give the dog the shot during the dog's stay. So, this brings me up to my second visit. My cat was under medication and needed to be boarded. He was not given one of his medications and his bed was solied when returned to me. Both times are not acceptable to me as a pet owner. I will NEVER be going back! I don't know if they are under new management or what, but this place has completely changed from my first days of use. Speaking of management, the women wanted to give me 10% off my next visit. I didn't want this..I wanted a refund. SInce I paid 100% and they didn't deliver 100%, it would only be fair to return some of my money...this place isn't cheap! I never heard back from this manager. (This refund is regarding my cat)
