Olive Branch is my vet and I leave my dog at the Play N Stay and have never had a bad experience (knock on wood!). I have always found the staff friendly, caring and they listen to my concerns and needs! Our dog has stayed at the Play N Stay 2 times, so far, and has done well. When we pick him up we get a "progress report" which I think is great and cute! I've called to check up on him and staff has always been friendly with the reports! It's a clean place, lots of space to run around and socialize outside and his vet is RIGHT next door in case of any emergency. I recommend them to anyone!

So sad! Took my puppy to get groomed and they butchered her. I told them I just wanted her feet, eyes and underneath trimmed. They shaved off all of her hair (in the winter). She is a shaggy type dog and was so cute and now she looks ridiculous. I hope it grows back quickly and I will never go back to get her groomed again. My daughter cried and was so upset to see her puppy looking so bad. The shaving isn't even even and looks all choppy. I won't be returning. I tried to see reviews before I went in and we didn't see anything...now I see there actually was a grooming review...I wish I had seen it before I took my dog.

Play N Stay is GREAT. It is the cleanest boarding facility around. They take every precaution to make sure the pets are safe. Recently there was an outbreak of Canine Influenza in the Pensacola area and they made sure every dog was up to date on vaccinations so that their kennel wouldn't be effected. If you have a dog with loads of energy like I did then this will be a life saver for you. It is a great place to send your dog to "doggy day care" so when you come home in the evening your dog isn't bouncing off the walls from being cooped up all day. As for the grooming? I have never seen an issue with the grooming nor have any of my friends or neighbors. But lets face it...this is a doggy day care..there are bound to be.."high maintenance" customers. Also Dr. Sprayberry is fantastic. Recently my dog injured his paw and was treated by Dr Sprayberry. My neighbors dog got the same injury a day later at their house and went to a different vet. My dog was on antibiotics and have a very nice bandage while theirs just had a small bandage and no medicine. Needless to say their dogs paw got infected and needed surgery! Dr. Sprayberry is much better! Also if you are looking for some training for your dog pick up Mike The Dogtrainer's card on the front desk. He is AMAZING with dogs and will get your dog trained in a jiffy!

I had my dog groomed here and the outcome came out to be more than just disappointing. I dropped my dog off to get trimmed and came back to find my dog shaved. The groomer had told us that she was not planning on staying long that day and wanted to get the dogs done so basically shaving the dog would be easier for her, since my dog would take more than an hour to do. I'm not a licensed groomer but I can take the time and groom my dog and not have to shave my dog. The hair that was left was all chopped up and uneven and the eyes weren't even cleaned. I could have done a better job. I've heard good things about this business but after that, I'm more than unimpressed with this groomer and will never bring my dog back.

Clean, nice play area and friendly staff. Highly recommend it.
