my father is the one who told me about this place, he takes his big american bulldog kona and there boxer blake, ive just recently went there and loved it!!!! the people are so sweet! and really care about your animal, oh and to top off the great experience i had they are so awesome on prices super cheap. all round great place and i will definitely be bringing my pit here!!

We highly recommend Bayou Veterinary Hospital. We've been to virtually all the local vets with our dogs over the past 20+ years. Dr. Cogley and staff are by far the most knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable folks. While other's misdiagnosed, over medicated and sold us lots of product we did not need, Dr. Cogley got it right! He saved Buddy, our Schnauzer and healed Anne, our Affenpinscher mix. They are the best in town!

My Pug/Beagle puppy developed a prolapsed third eyelid gland. I brought her in to my normal vet and they charged me 100 dollars to "Pop" it back into place. Well an hour later it "Popped" back out. Out 100 dollars I called up my vet to ask what I should do they said that surgery, to the tune of 800 dollars total, was the only option. Disgusted, I began the search for another vet and I found Dr. Cogley. His staff gladly worked a visit into their schedule the next day, which I was not charged a dime for! Dr. Cogley looked over my pup and suggested surgery to remove the gland and the cost to me would only be 1/4 of what my other vet wanted to charge. I will admit I was hesitant because it was so much cheaper than the other vet but, Dr. Cogleys genuine personality and informative explanation of the procedure calmed my nerves. The surgery went of without a hitch and my pup is back to normal like nothing ever happened to her. In-fact the day of the surgery you could barley even tell that anything had happened to her. I would recommend Dr. Cogley and his team to anyone. You don't have to pay a fortune to keep your four legged children healthy and happy. If I had found Dr. Cogley sooner I am sure I would have saved a ton of money on my pets healthcare. Money that could have went to treats and toys for them! Thanks Bayou Veterinary!

They are wonderful!! I took my cat in when she was having a problem with her leg and wouldn't eat or drink. She was very lethargic and seemed to be knocking on deaths door. They gave her a shot and the next day she was good as new and acting like a kitten! It was also very cheap! I expected to pay a couple hundred dollars that day but walked out paying less than $100. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

Well maybe if they were open I'd see how wonderful they are, but it is Monday and they are not open.......I waited all weekend to call them on Monday!!!!! Why did I BOTHER?????????
