The staff is very nice from the time you enter the door to the time you leave. Rubi - our Maltese- was having issues with sneezing all the time. We were given some medicine for her to take for a few weeks. The issue went away within a week. For this I'm grateful that the doctor knew where to start with resolving her symptoms. Thank you.

Dr. Fleming checked my dog yesterday. I chose to take my dog there, based on the good experiences of neighbors' and friends' dogs. Dr. Fleming gave me a very good impression, he took care of my dog's cough. I felt that you could trust him and Dr. Melgey and all the staff there. The customer service is amicable and respectful.

We not only trust Dr. Melgey and the staff at Crystal Lake with our own dogs, but we have also taken many of our rescue group dogs to Crystal Lake for checkups, spay, and treatment, so we trust them with all vet concerns, big and small. They are very accommodating with all of our rescue dogs, even those who might be temperamental during their vet visits. We receive excellent care for our personal dogs and rescue dogs equally. My boyfriend and I adopted our dog through Saving Grace and her Furry Friends, Crystal Lake Animal Hospital is the vet they use to take care of all of their rescues. I cannot tell you how pleased I am to have continued bringing my dog here to be treated. The staff is awesome and the doctor really knows what he's talking about. My dog was attacked by two other dogs and they took very good care of my dog. Service prompt and thorough, I never have an issue scheduling any appointments as they are extremely accommodating and I feel confident that they are treating him well always. I absolutely recommend this place to others, It's nice to have a "family" doctor for your pet!

Amazing staff, fantastic and reliable veterinary services. Crystal Lake Animal Hospital provides honest, trustworthy advice and treatment. They were fantastic with my 4 year old cat and I am very thankful for everything they do!
