Please do NOT take your furry family members here! All of the staff members, and Dr. Harper himself, were extremely rude from the start. We brought in our puppy to get fixed and his tail docked because we adopted him and this clinic is where they have the spay/neuter done. When we arrived to pick him up his tail was not bandaged, no pain medication, no protactive cone, we were charged $30 more than originally told and they charged us $40 for an exam to tell us he had fleas. After having issues with his tail and the staff for the week after his initial surgery, the big bang happened... I got home from work, took him out to pee, brought him back in, he was fine...a few minutes later there is blood EVERYWHERE! He had a steady stream from his tail. I call the office and I am told they are too busy to see him and to take him elsewhere!!! Unbelievable!!! I called our primary vet and they were shocked, I brought him there and they had to completely redo his stitches. They bandaged his tail, gave us pain medication for him and told us to make sure we left the cone on and he is 100% better now. There are two arteries that run down either side of the tail and one was not closed correctly. Our puppy could have bled to death if this would have happened in the middle of the night or while we were at work. Please, do not go here!

I was blown away with how rude this guy is. I brought my new dog here for the first time. He literally spent 180 seconds with us and slapped us with a $60 bill for an "examination" and a nail clipping. Then today my dog had an emergency, and they offered me an appointment for TWO HOURS LATER or for TWO DAYS LATER. Do NOT waste your time. There are SO MANY other vets in the area. He seems like a complete joke. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. He gives the entire profession a bad name. I just wish someone told me how horrible he was before we got stuck visiting him one time.
