Terrible experience. I have never been treated so bad in my life!! I was so worried about my pet, so they told me to come in and they would fit me in. After waiting in the waiting area and everyone else being taken, they felt bad for the pet so they put him in a room. After waitng three hours... I know why would anyone tolerate that? ..but I thought he was dying and I did not know what else to do but wait. I finally went out in the waiting area and the staff was closing up and leaving. I never did get to see the doctor because I had to leave and try and get him to another place before he did die. They push their expensive lab work on people making them feel bad if they don't get it done, so I did the week before because we thought he was having allergy problems. They call and say nothing was wrong with him. There was a lot wrong with him and he was seriously sick .Which after taking him to a REAL Veterinarian we found out. So if you want to keep your pets alive I would not take them there !!!
