On 10/02/14 I had to rush my dog to this vet office. My best friend was passing away in my arms. My neighbor who was driving ran inside to get help, but he passed away in the car. The two techs cane out with a stretcher and gently put my buddy on it and brought him in. I already knew, but they advised me that he had passed away! The two techs were very nice, but there was one (don't know name, but with brown hair) This was a very compassionate person, who treated me and my dog (who had passed) with respect, and helped make a sad time easier to handle! Only thing I wish was that the veterinarian would have introduced them self to me. I still have 3 other dogs, and I have no primary vet for them yet. Other than that, that tech was a wonderful person, and based off them, I will return again. 5 stars!
Sweetie, our six-year-old cat, was misdiagnosed as having lymphoma. Thankfully I ignored your suggestions to have her put down and took her to her regular veterinarian, got her the treatment she needed, and today, one-and-a-half months later, she's a happy and energetic cat.
Very regrettably, I had to put my dog of 13 years to sleep. After trying to get into a vet where a friend works & them not having an appt the 1st time I worked up the courage to do this, I finally had no choice & could wait no longer for the sake of my beloved pet. I called on a Sunday afternoon & was at their office within 30 min. Once I got to their office, I barely had to wait in the lobby since they knew why I was there. Their compassion over the phone & in person was amazing & very comforting during this extremely difficult time. I had never been here before & now, without my Lady girl :-(, I have no need to go back except to get her ashes. However, if I ever get another pet in the future, I will definitely return here.
I got home for work saturday afternoon and my English mastiff Harvey seemed to be having trouble peeing. It was just a little dribble and for 182 pounds that was not much. He woke me up at 2am and I took him out and he didnt go at all. I was in a panic and its now 2am in the morning. I called the animal hospital on us 19 in port richey. They were so nice. I took him in and Dr Green examined him they did a little lab work. We took him out and he did urinate some. They did a ultra sound and they let you know every step of the way as far as cost. The ultra sound was 45 dollars that was nothing. Everything came back no infection no stones and when I left. Harvey then went to the bathroom lots more. Maybe I could have waited longer but like they said better safe than sorry and driving home. I felt much better knowing there was no stones or infection. Dr Green was great
