Apparently there is new management and doctors at paws now WOW! I have defiantly noticed a difference! I am allowed to go in the back with my pets when they get vaccines now, They carry my heart worm and flea products so I'm not left with the burden of having to order from an online pharmacy, They have "packages" now that make getting the care for my pet much easier and cost effective. Also they same me a TON of money for my babies. Dr. D'Amico is amazingly thorough and compassionate and they have even added an emergency contact number for clients to reach them directly after hours. WAY TO GO PAWS!!!! and thank you for all you do!

You get what you pay for. This is a low cost clinic, so don't expect the customized service you would receive at an expensive private veterinarian. They do the best they can, to provide good treatment for pets that might not otherwise receive it. Although the waits can be long, the service somewhat impersonal, and the phone calls sometimes go unreturned, I literally save hundreds of dollars going here instead of a veterinarian. This enables me to help strays and animals I normally wouldn't be able to afford helping.

I wish I could give NO stars. After I had my cat neutered, I wanted to get revolution. The woman at the desk said that it would be easier for me to have them apply it so I said yes not thinking of the consequences. Once I got home, my cat had NOTHING on her neck. I immediately called because I have used revolution before and they assured me it was applicated. I waited a week to still find my cat full of fleas so I called again to be told I can call revolution to solve my problem. Why should I call a company and sit on the phone for hours because PAWS didn't applicate the medication I paid for. I would rather drive to Pet luv in Brooksville next time then to deal with these rude people.

The staff is NOT friendly. They have a new staff from 3 years ago. I took my female there then and the treatment was awesome. This time it was NOT!! The staff was rude. The neutering on the 3rd day a testicle has now dropped. Maybe that explains why he is still as hyper as ever. The girl bringing him out to us could not handle him and let him run out into the waiting room without a leash and then tried to blame the animal for it. First of all she should have asked for help and secondly, if she can't do her job properly, maybe she should look for another line of work. She was not friendly to the animal at all!! The system has changed for intake which appears to be better than 3 years ago but if you don't take them in the right order then it's useless. When coming to pick him up at 3, the woman took 2 people in front of us and was ready to take a 3rd when the man behind spoke up and said they were here first, or otherwise we would have had 3 people taken ahead of us. No apologies for any of their mismanagement of the clients AND the patients!! Now I'm going to have to take him to another vet, pay more than I should because they didn't do the job right the first time and I refuse to bring him back there for the horrible treatment they gave him. Plus they only gave him 3 days worth of pain medicine. I'm pretty sure he's going to need a few more days than that. Their instructions were to keep him calm yet they didn't give him any anti anxiety medicine for that. Very poor all around. PS this is my second review...same subject...they took down my first review. What's up Google? Thought these were supposed to be legitimate reviews. Only keep up the ones good for the business?

Have currently only used for vaccinations. Very friendly staff. GO EARLY! Or be prepared to wait. Would prefer they had a way to set up an appointment online for spay/neuter services. Can never get in touch with someone and always playing phone tag.
