Becoming a new "pet parent" was far beyond anything I had imagined; then it gets more complicated when they get sick... My new baby was ill and I had no idea what it was or what to do, so I started calling few nearby places and none could open a slot for her. I called Morningside Animal Hospital and was lucky to have "Jay" answer the phone. His pleasant voice and kindness were a good start. He was able to accommodate us with ease. The appointment time was accurate, therefore, no waiting. Then we had the privilege to meet Dr. Morton, she is incredibly loving and caring. She showed true interest in answering questions and always kept her smile. We love her!! A few days ago, we adopted our second baby and this time we met Dr. Giusti, another amazing doctor... Then you have Meghan who make the place even greater. They are very honest and pricing is reasonable. Now, we even have our little ones board with them too... All this said, the next time you need a great place for your little ones, don't hesitate to give them a call!

We first went to Morningside for our rabbit. They helped us help her feel better and, as a result, slowly return to the sweet rabbit she was prior to her illness. We now bring our cats here, as well, and we absolutely love the doctors, techs, and staff. We've seen most of the doctors and feel confident in their care. However, we will admit to having favorites. We absolutely love Dr. DiTrapani and Dr. Giusti - outstanding vets who love our pets as much as we do.

I brought my Guinea Pig Frances in today. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. The staff is so warm and friendly as well as extremely professional. Dr.Giusti is one of the BEST Veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They do everything humanly possible and I mean EVERYTHING to provide the best care for our little Animal friends. There are not enough stars to rate the excellence of this office.

I started going to Animal Planet (which merged with Morningside Animal Hospital) about two years ago. I see Dr. Susan McClure. I am very pleased with her skill, knowledge, care and concern for both the patient and the owner. She's an excellent veterinarian. I am disappointed to read a negative review about her and her "too busy" schedule; however, she only works part-time. I have never experienced any issues like that, and always plan my cats' visits around her schedule. Medical professionals are not miracle workers nor are they perfect, which leaves much of the responsibility to the owners. Sometimes we must speak up if we notice something amiss or not being done as we think it should be. And sometimes they make mistakes. I switched to Dr. McClure because our regular veterinarian of more than 20 years wasn't able to do what we needed done. He is an excellent doctor and we are not dissatisfied, but he just wasn't able to offer what was needed. So am I happy with Dr. McClure and Morningside's staff? You bet! I highly recommend, and I hope you will have the same positive experience I have had. If not, speak up. They'll never know unless you tell them. :) October 2013 update... We had to take one of our cats in for routine bloodwork during Dr. McClure's absence. We saw Dr. Erin Morton. She worked us in to her schedule due to a problem we were having with one of our cats. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and very thorough, resulting in an unexpected diagnosis (in addition to the current problem). Had she not been so thorough and communicative with me we would not have discovered the other serious problem. So I sing praises for Drs. Morton and McClure. And the staff at MAH. :)

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left every thing was great about our visit. We called last minute and they were able to get us in. Place was clean and everyone was very caring. Looking forward to coming here in the furture!
