Just wanted to say thank you for everything you did. All of the doctors and nurses and staff go out of there way. And you enjoyed your job more than any other vetnarian clinic we have ever experienced my friend just lost her dog the other night and you did everything you could to say her. we love you and appreciate all your hard work to save animals of all kinds

I called at 2:30 am because my dog ate chocolate bread. They told me the price to see the vet and gave me the address so I could plug it into Google maps and we were on our way there from Titusville. From the first call I was pleased with the people. They went over what the situation throughly before I ever left home. When I arrived there was no other animals there as far as I could see and she was in the back quickly. No long paperwork, just 1 page. Josh the tech was great. Sympathetic and gentle with her. Dr. Clemons was quick with care and explained the treatment efficiently. Josh came back with a detailed cost estimate for approval and once approved the treatment began immediately. While being treated, Josh came back out to give me an update and when concluded Dr. Clemons came to inform me of events, answered all the questions I had for after care and reassure me all had gone well. I left happy with her treatment both medically and in kindness. I hope never to have to visit again of course but if I need them I am happy they are there. Also I thought the prices were extremely reasonable under the circumstances. I had expected them to be higher.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE. These people are lazy. They don't want to work. My dog was presented to them (during the morning shift change, they don't care about animals they just want to sleep). They referred my dog back to it's regular Veterinarian, who later determined that my dog was not doing well. But this was determined 6 HOURS later by my regular vet. I EVEN HAD MONEY!!!!!! He needed an emergency level of care. But they didn't want to work on him because it was shift change in the morning. They turned my dog away and didn't charge us. They may think that in doing this, they may be doing a kindness. But that could not be further than the truth. They are in business to take care of animals and if they are turning away legitimate work then they must not need to be in business. So do not patronize this hospital, they don't need your money nor are they in the business to take care of animals. Total waste of time in my opinion. ANY REBUTTAL OF THIS REVIEW SHOULD BE SEEN AS DUBIOUS AT BEST. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS? YOU CANNOT DEFEND ALL OF THEM! I WILL REPEAT, IT WAS NOT THAT WE DID NOT HAVE MONEY TO TAKE CARE OF OUR DOG. WE WERE READY TO PAY. AND NOW I THINK YOU SHOULD PAY BY LOSING YOUR BUSINESS.

I find that all the negative reviews stem from expense and not necessarily the medicine which is absolutely no help. Emergency medicine is expensive. Its a fact. It seems that everyone that has something horrible to say wanted something for nothing. Every ER clinic I have been too in several states ask for money up front because they get stiffed on the bill when they " show compassion". The deadbeats ruined the honor system of old. Vets have hundreds of thousands of dollars in loans for 8-12 years of school, vet nurses make very little money and do ten times that of human nurses you get state of the art diagnostic equipment and you all want it for free? Amazing how the tune changes when save a little money instead of buying cigarettes and pizza and can help your pet when it needs to be treated. Im thankful that veterinary hospitals are available in the middle of the night and these people are willing to work these awful hours in case my pets need them.

Taking my beloved cat to Dr. Smith at this clinic was the biggest mistake I ever made. My cat was dying, but did he tell me that? No. He told me that if I left her in his care in the hospital over the weekend, he could greatly improve her situation. Instead he left for the weekend and had his student putting an NG tube down her throat and God only knows what else. He would not return my calls and finally one of the assistants yelled at me, saying that I left my cat there to die alone so what did I expect? Well, I had no idea she was dying, but evidently they all did. I never would have put her through the things he put her through at the end of her life. She did not deserve that and this man does not deserve to be a vet. He has NO compassion. He was only after my $2,000.
