STAY AWAY !!!!!!! Worst vet i have ever been to! They care about $$$ not your pet.When i made the appointment i made it Very clear that I needed an ultrasound for my dog to determine how many puppies she will be having.I told them the exact date she was breed to reassure she was far along enough . They said " OH yea, this is the prefect time to check. once the exam was being done i was told she WAS NOT far along enough that i was going to have to come back for ANOTHER VISIT and be charged AGAIN.I had an issue with my Care Credit and ask the "manager" if i can pay out of pocket and come back when the issue is resolved to charge the Care Credit an receive a refund on my Debit, came back and was told no ! Unbelievable. The Doctor is a straight jerk ... i have never met someone so rude in my life . Does he not know there are 4 other Vets on the same road he is on . So much competition you would think he would be a little nicer! Thankfully my pet will never be back to this place!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

STAY AWAY ! Disorganized and Incompetent is the Best way to describe this place. They care about your money NOT YOUR PET. Dr. Stephen Simmons gave a clean bill of health to a sick puppy that had ear problems, kennel cough and parasites... Save your time and money. I would give an F- and no stars... STAY AWAY!!

We've been seeing the doctors here with our cats and dogs for 10 years. We've never had a problem and have always been treated well. Dr. Simmons took over the practice a few years ago, so some of these older reviews are for the former doctor. Dr. Simmons is very kind, polite, concerned and dedicated. I would recommend him.

An unmitigated disaster. STAY AWAY!!! I cannot emphasize this enough.

I brought my puppy to this office for a shot due to the fact I was home for the summer. I noticed the vet that attended to him was a bit rushed and not as detailed as I would like compared to other vets. I put it in the back of my mind because everyone was very sweet and kind. Four months later I tried to get his vet records faxed because I was placing him in boarding upstate. I called once. They said they were faxing it. Checked boarding and there were no papers. Called a second time an hour later they said they were once again sending it. Called boarding and it STILL wasn't received. Boarding called them, and they did not want to answer. I had to have my father drive to their office and they said to him 'We can't send it because we need 24hr notice to fax papers" well they should have told me that three hours ago the first time and not run me around in circles waiting! My orig. vet had no problem sending papers to them in minutes, the same courtesy would be nice from them. I will NEVER go back to them again. It seemed my first thoughts of them were right; along with what I had previously heard. Unorganized and a serious break in trust. I would not recommend them to anyone
