We have been going there for over 15 years and they have taken great care of all of our cats and dogs. We have been through so much with our pets and they have helped us every step of the way. We've learned to help our pets in ways we didn't think we could handle, but they showed us we could.

We have brought two of our very sick cats to the Village Royale Animal Clinic over the past year. Their loving staff took the health of my pets very personally and they did everything possible to try and save them. Dr. T is amazing and all of the staff makes pets and their parents feel like part of a family. I highly suggest this vet!

Extremely unsatisfied and I believe I was robbed out of $250. I have a doberman that had grown a fatty tumor on his leg that was removed by them 2 years ago and unfortunately it grew back. My dog is 13 years old and I was concerned about the rest of his health and how he would do with anesthesia so they suggested to do a full blood work up and they will be able to determine if he is health enough to go through with the surgery again. $250 and 1 day later I was contacted by the vet with the lab results saying everything was ok BUT they will not do the surgery because the tumor was too big and he might need special skin grafting done. They should have told me this BEFORE the blood workup. They refered me to a surgeon who said he has CANCER ( obvious which any vet should know he said ) and he was put to rest May 28, 2014. I am going there now to get my money back!!!!! Terrible people that only want your money and don't care about the health and well being of your family members.

Dr. Drummond is the best vet ever. Very patient and thorough. His staff is awesome too - very helpful.
