My last visit to Dr. Norma was a joke. She wanted to see my dog to check on his medication and see if he even needed it. I waited for awhile just to have her come in and pet my dog, she didn't do any type of exam at all. I asked her if she wanted to do a biopsy on some of the lumps on my dog, she agreed that we needed to do it but she never made any attempts to do a more thorough exam on my dog whom has an enlarged heart. She has an amazing staff but she has no business being a vet, her people skills are lacking and even more so are her abilities to actually take care of the animals she calls patients. I don't recommend this "vet" to anyone.

She is compassionate, competent and caring. You could not ask for a better veterinarian.
