You just can't beat the ID chip for your pet for $30. What a great deal. I've known Dr. Jack Schmidt of the St. Augustine Animal Clinic for a year. He's a kind and dedicated professional who isn't afraid to get a little bandaged (after a cat-attack) to help your pet. It's great to do business with someone who really cares.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. You always get a reminder phone call and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment. They all really seem to care about the health and happiness of their patients.

I switched over from a more expensive vet in town... The staff was friendly, caring, and took time to ask if I had questions, as well as explain things to me. It was evident they care about their customers and their pets. The rates were lower than my former vet,and the service was very good. I also thought the exam and discussion about my dogs was more thorough than at the former vet as well. All in all, a positive experience, and I will be returning for their next exam and physical :)

Dr. Jack at St. Augustine Animal Clinic is one of the top vets in st.augustine!! When you meet him you really can tell that he was made for this job! Quoted me a price for a teeth cleaning and charged me almost double when procedure was done. Called the office multiple times to resolve and was completely blown off. STEER CLEAR of this place!
