These vets are more interested in the money. We spent over 1300$ for a diagnosis that we then took to another vet for a second opinion. He indicated that a significant portion of the tests were unnecessary for a cat as old as ours, and to boot, the diagnosis was wrong completely. For a 77$ test we got the right result (not pancreatic cancer), and his recommendation for our 20 year old cat? Make her comfortable in her last months, since the type of cancer she had was relatively slow, and a cat her age would not undergo the chemotherapy well at all. Cat hospital wanted us to start on a treatment (for the wrong cancer!) right away, which would have added thousands to the bill. Expensive and incompetent do not add to a good experience. They got two stars instead of one for being polite.

All vets start with a high estimate but this was ridiculous!. After chipping away at high estimate for urinary tract problem, ended up paying almost $300. Looked up cost of antibiotic on line - $1.80 a tablet, I pd $7 and was prescribed several days. I know there's overhead costs but every item or service was marked up 300% - 500%!!! Not the best bedside manner for pet or human either. The word "FLEECED" comes to mind!

Absurdly overpriced to say the least.... Dr. Shannon has quite the attitude and speaks very condescendingly to her patients humans. Was quoted $930 - $1300 dollars for dental work that another vet deemed completely unnecessary..,,hmmmm seems extremely fishy to me. Will never be returning to this location

The care for our 2 cats has been nothing but the best. Although a little pricey, it's worth every penny. You get what you pay for. All doctors and staff truly care about the well-being of your feline family member.

I first came to the cat hospital when my cat had lost a whole bunch of weight very quickly. I had always seen vets put animals down because of something like this. Dr. Shannon was very helpful and and we did some testing and found out what the problem was. Dr. Shannon gave Sprinkles an antibiotic and taught me how to feed with a syringe and Sprinkles has been better than ever. I cant thank her enough Great prices and very clean atmosphere.
