I'll be honest, this is probably been one of the worst vet experiences I've had and I'm not just basing this off one visit. Over a period of 4 months my dog was seen at Gateway by two separate vets. I'm not going into all the details because it can be very subjective but what it does some down to is plain and simple, customer service. This has been one of the worst vet care and customer service I've ever experienced, the lack of follow up with a pet who is experiencing issues to a bad nail trim that cut the quick of my dog so badly she bled for a hour. You need a vet who will look out for your pets well-being and I never received that type of care or concern at Gateway. Very sad as it was so close to home and convenient. In my opinion, keep looking there are better facilities out there for your cherished family members.

EXCELLENT I can not say enough good things about Gateway Animal Hospital, The doctors, nurses and staff are the best. They have compassion for all family members and take utmost care of our four footed family members. They are always available to help with any problems that might arise with your pet. They work to give the correct diagnois for your pets problem and dont mind taking your call concerning treatment. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never been treated in such a rude and shameful way by any vet. My husband and I had to move for the military, and so that means finding a new vet. I am disgusted by the way we were treated. We were spoken down to, ignored, and the vet who was looking at our cat didn't even bother reading her records. It was "his way" or no way as far as he was concerned. When we pointed out that "his way" had been done before, his response was "well, I didn't do it." What a waste of time. He did us a "favor" by "only" charging us half the visit fee. We will be searching for a vet that will actually work with us, instead of talking over us and ignoring our situation.

Don't expect the people working at this place to keep up with your pet's records correctly. It's a crying shame because my pets ARE my children. GO SOMEWHERE ESLE!
