We bring our tabby cat and boxer hound here for their veterinary care. Staff are always very friendly and the prices are be better than any of the other clinics we have tried. We will continue to return here for our veterinary needs.

Dr. Dee and her staff go above and beyond other clinics. They truly care about your pets needs and comfort. Two of my pets have had some serious issues and Dr. Dee never gave up until she found a solution. I live in the Tampa Bay area and the Northwest vet Clinic is worth the drive!

Thank God for Dr Sheppard! I am so lucky to have found Dr Dee. She took in my cat Bonnie when others would have let her go. Her compassion is second to none and what a great communicator! So many times in the past I have felt overwhelmed when recieving bad news about a furry friend but Dr. Dee took as much time as I needed to processes what she was explaining and asked me if I had any questions. These people treat the whole family too. My two sons were there and she took the time to address their concerns as well. We're staying at Nortwest and we're telling our friends!

My dog has skin problems and they are bending over backwards to help my dog. They also made it so I can afford treatments .
