Service is slow but worth the wait. Price is reasonable. Care excellent. They schedule 2 or 3 dogs for the same timr. Wait is very long. Staff is rude. Stay Away!

For the life of your pet do not take your pet here it might very well kill them! I took my Siberian husky here and they did blood work on him and gave me some medicine to help raise is weight back up from a sudden lose of about 30 pounds, he also wouldn't eat, and had blood in his stool. They told me I would have the results back in 2 days max since it was a Friday so I said that's k and i knew to expect a call Tuesday realistically on what they found. Tuesday came and went no call so I called Wednesday they had yet to get the results back and promised they would have them the next day. I called back was told doctor had results but, they were at lunch and to call back in a few hours said ok, called back they had no results yet the assistant was wrong. I was frustrated but said ok would called back Thursday, well I called still no results. This happened Friday, Saturday and the following Monday when they came back and finally told me they found nothing in his blood samples or in any of their tests and that he must have just eaten something. I said ok and i took that answer since he had seemed to have gotten a little better but over the next two weeks he went up and down ate, took the medicine but when he got worse by not eating at all and vomiting any water he took in i called them and they told me they couldn't get him in the next day and if we could wait to please wait till they can see him. I wouldn't wait another 24 hrs with him getting worse so I took him to Animal GateWay hospital and they check him out,and in 24 hours determined he had wipworm and had it when i took him to the pet pals and that they is an underlining problem they could figure out in a few days. I also found that the medicine i had received from them wasn't fo any use to his condition and that since getting the diagnosis that he was ok and not getting him in sooner could cost him his life, and right now He is fighting for his life but due to the answers i was given here I am in this situation and, I don't wish anyone into this situation!

I took my cat here and it was the worst vet office I have ever been too. The staff where rude to us as soon as we walk in the clerk walked away from counter and did not even say hello or be right back. Someone finally saw us and asked us to fill out some paperwork about tem minutes later. The whole waiting area experience was awful. They have a very lorge bird cage with about 8 birds in it all screeching and flapping about at the same time in the cat side waiting area. Also there was bird feathers and dander flying in the air from the birds. My cat was ill and very on edge from the bird screams. We finally had to leave after waiting over an hour and still not being seen because the small waiting area with the screeching and flapping birds along with the feathers and dander in the air was just to much to endure.

Just recommended Pet Pal for the second time in as many weeks. I've never had an issue waiting to long and besides it's easy to see why that happens considering how many questions they field from me every time I'm in. This place is professional, clean and the staff all seem to care about doing a good job. And for over a year now, that's what they have done for me.

I couldn't rate my experience because there aren't any negative stars. If you care about your pet do not go there. The staff is unprofessional and rude.
