The pet insurance plan is the best thing to come along in my recent memory. Our previous vet bought a new BMW with what we paid him for our vet visits. Now our visits are "free" and our bills are 1/10th what they used to be. The Doctors at Banfield were amazing and took care of our precious Sammi with grace and love. They listened to us and talked to us like equals. I am very impressed and I still drive there even though I live in Bradenton now.

Was overcharged, misled and confused and then bullied into a year long health plan that doesn't cover everything that was promised. When another caretaker took the same pet in on his subscription, they were informed that the subscription had been cancelled because the policy holder was no longer the primary care-taker and charged at individual prices for follow-up care. The subscription-holder continued to be charged and when he contacted them was informed that nothing could be done. The atmosphere was dirty, smelly and unwelcoming and the intake-nurse was rude, unhelpful and thoroughly unlike-able. It is located in the back of the nastiest petsmart (already a fairly disreputable organization) I have ever seen at the back of a strip-mall. I would never go back there, and I don't recommend it.
