Dr. Nina and her staff are truly wonderful! Took my dog (who I treat like a child!!) here to be boarded. First time I've ever boarded my baby and at the time my dog was not a patient of Dr. Nina's. They put my mind at ease right from the beginning and were very compassionate and professional! They immediately gained my trust which allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy our vacation. They took wonderful care of my baby. I totally recommend for anyone who needs to board their beloved pet Dr. Nina's practice!

I walked in off the street not knowing anything about this vet. I needed two flea collars for my dogs, but I didn't want cheap $5 ones from Walmart that don't work. The receptionist went to ask the vet and came back with Scalibor collars. She said these are like prescription strength and that they would work well. She rang them up and it came to $92.00! I paid and walked out the door and felt like something wasn't right. So I looked them up quick on my phone. Horrible reviews about pets with skin conditions after wearing these things etc. and they were being sold on Amazon for $15 each. Walked back in asking for a refund and she said what else can I sell you instead because you have a $92 credit with us. I picked out some Frontline for $32 a single dose. Come to find out it comes in a 3 pack for $32 on Amazon. They did credit back the other $60 though. My advice is if you need to buy things for your pets do so elsewhere, this place criminally over charges for their products.

Dr. Nina's has treated our pups from our first, and we love the amount of care and attention they give to our dogs and to us. They helped us through when one of our puppies was lost to parvo, and their care was beyond what could have been asked for. They recommended a cremation service and took care of it, all for an affordable price. We continue to take ours there for their care, and we have never once regretted it. Thanks Dr. Nina, and your staff, for how awesome you all are.

Above and beyond care and service from everyone on staff!! My dog Ace was neutered on Friday the December 19th. On December 25th I noticed swelling (big) and redness. I called, but thought "boy there is no way someone will call me back today" but left a message anyway. Dr Nina called me back, explained to me what can happen, if a dog gets too active. Well mine did. She also said to bring him in first thing next morning, which was 8:00am. We slept till 8:10am on the 26 and I already had two messages from Dr. Nina's to bring Ace in. My husband did, they gave us treatment and off we went. But...despite the cone, my dog chewed the swelling during the night. I called on the 27th at 1:30 am and was in by 8 am. I feel everyone at this animal hospital went above and beyond to make sure Ace is ok. Ace is getting better already and to his dislike, he is sporting a bigger cone!!

This Office treats people who can not afford to pay all the Monies up front right then and there like they are beneath them, such disrespectful and insulting mannerism they have for people.. The pet owners. the short hair lady up front seemed very miserable and that misery causes her to have a very unprofessional approach to people, the Doctor herself is just in it for the money... she would rather treat a dog without a sedative so they feel pain, than offer a payment plan. Cleary Dr. Nina is in it for the wrong purposes. The Techs however were great.. but lets face it, when it comes to choosing a Vet, Choose one that is a Vet for the Love and compassion of animals not one that is in it to get rich like Dr. Nina. Not willing to work with people at all, Even threatened to Keep my Dog because i couldnt pay the whole bill the day services were rendered, I did disclose at checkout that I'd pay the following week and they were so ugly and rude about it.. even gave an insulting analogy of " it is like going to a restaurant and not paying for your food" I mean really people, how original, and very insulting.. instead of treating people with compassion they offer threats, however.. that did not fly with me.. i wish someone would try to keep my dog.. i tried to keep my cool, but these people are so horrible that i almost snapped.. i did let the doc know how i felt, but come on people, i mean do you talk to cats all day? so much so that you forgot how to have respect and compassion for humans. needless to say , i was not leaving without either going to jail for punching someone in the face or with my dog..... well me and doggie are at home and well. Where is your kindness? especially this time of year.... I will not ever be coming back, because i want a Vet that treats the pet owners with the respect every person deserves regardless of their financial status, i want a vet that has a heart and cares about the animals and is not just driven on the Money part of the business, i understand services need to be paid for, and i had every intention on paying until i was treated like the scum of the earth. they are all in all HORRIBLE. DONT TAKE YOUR PET HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A RICH PERSON because this office's main objective is money NOT Caring for animals.
