On a Thursday My grandparents took their 15 year old Shih Tzu here. She had a stiff neck. Dr George had been their vet since a puppy. He was not in another female vet was. The dog was walked in on a leash. The Vet took the dog to the back to take an xray. Someone else returned with a pile of a dog who couldn't walk, stand or lift her head. Placed the dog onto the floor hooked her to the leash handed my grandmother pain pills for the dog. Gave my grandparents medication instructions. Told them to return Sunday to see Dr George. The dog was in extreme pain. The meds they gave her were so strong. She couldn't move both from the meds and the broken neck. She defacated and urinated on herself curled up in her bed. They then took her to my vet the next morning. He told them her neck had been broken. In her condition she should have never had xrays. While straightening her out her neck had snapped by Highlands. Rather than tell my grandparents and do the humane thing by being honest. They let this poor dog not to mention two 89 year olds suffer needlessly. He had to humanly euthanize her to end her suffering. My grandmother got a copy of her xrays to verify this. The dog did indeed have a broken neck and these people to cover their butts let her and my grandparents suffer needlessly. Even if it were an accident then say so and end the dogs suffering.

Very nice staff/clean facilities/& treated my pet like their own family.....would recommend them to anyone.
