My dog, Justina, has been seeing Dr. Rosales for her allergies for the past 5 months. After medications, special food, vaccines, and shampoos; Justina's skin has not looked this good in years. The staff (especially Kim) is always friendly and everyone there knows what they are talking about. I would not go anywhere else for after hours emergency care and specialty consults!

I had a rescue kitten, Juliette, that was very ill with a cyst on her kidney. After lots of tests and hopelessness, Dr. Armstrong was able to offer donation surgery to save this little baby girl and find her a home. What a wonderful alternative to putting her down. Javier and Wagner and every member of the staff was extremely professional and polite to me even though I have called everyday to see how she is progressing. What a wonderful experience I had with this office. Thank you.

My 8 year old dog had a sudden emergency in Nov 2008, I rushed him in at 4 am after he became unresponsive after throwing up. It turned out he had a tumor on his spleen, which was bleeding internally. The staff were calm and professional, they took him immediately and stabilized him. He had to have an emergency splenectomy, which they did later that day. He recovered perfectly. During the surgery/recovery time, they were very patient with my millions of questions, and let me come visit him after visiting hours because of my work schedule. They all treated him like he was their own dog. He ended up passing away 4 months after that of aggressive liver cancer, but for those four months he was the happiest dog I have ever seen. I cannot express how grateful I am to them for saving his life that night and giving us those extra, precious four months with him. It was unbelievably expensive, but they have a credit plan and for me, it was worth every penny.
