Worst experience of my life. The doctor was extremely rude. They gave me an estimate for 600 dollars and when I came to pick up my pet it was over a thousand dollars. Nobody even bothered to call me.The office manager just kept apologizing yet had no real answer as to why nobody called me. He said its just the way she is, referring to the doctor. The staff was just shaking their heads and couldn,t even look at me.Then the doctor just went in the back and wouldn,t even address it. Well she,ll have to address it in small claims court. This hospital doesn,t love pets they love money, and will rip anyone off if they see an opportunity. Horrible

This is possibly the biggest rip of vet practice in the area. They charge me at least $150-$300 every time I walk in that door even if it is for a small exam. They up sell everything. Last time my dog was in for an overnight, they charged me $1000 and he came home worse than when he went in. I know other people who have left due to their extortionate prices. They are more than happy to overcharge and not care.
