We brought our Bichon in and were lucky the doctor was able to give us five minutes of his time. Its like an assembly line in there. This is not the way to practice good medicine. Stay away!!!

My dog loves going to the vet! I am so thankful to have found Dr. Drew. My dog has epilepsy and was having seizures monthly. Before seeing Dr. Drew my dog had a Grand Mal seizure and it took almost a week for her to recover. I had feared she had permanent damage. I decided I needed to change her doctor. Dr. Drew listened to me, did his research and then found the perfect dose to help keep her organs healthy and her practically seizure free. I can see her going a full year without a seizure. She is healthy and happy. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this Scarbrough Animal Clinic, especially if your dog needs attention for seizures. The staff are very friendly, professional, educated and sincere. I am so thankful to have the full package experience; thanks Angela, Alix and Joan!

This is one of the most honest vets you can find. They are always there for an emergency and celebration alike. I have been going to them since my lab was a little puppy and would never go to another vet. Low costs, great service and good people, you can't ask for much more

My experience at Scarbrough Animal Hospital was great, and I would highly recommend this clinic to other animal owners! Dr. Drew Scarbrough and his assistant were very thorough examining my dog and did a great job explaining their findings in terms that I could understand. They were more than willing, and did a great job, answering any questions/concerns that I had. I truly felt like they treated my dog as if she were their own, and that she received the best possible care. They are upfront about the cost of their suggested services, and don't try to charge you for extra unnecessary services. The front staff is also very inviting and friendly! 1/08/13 Bought a Groupon to check this place out that included a full grooming but when I went they would not finish grooming my dog without an extra $20 sedative. Not because my dog was in anyway aggressive but because she "moved too much". I have never had any groomer sedating a non-aggressive dog for a simple haircut. And why aren't they using a grooming arm to keep them from moving? With the fee tacked on to what I paid for my groupon it actually costed MORE than it would if I just paid full price. My other option was to take my dog home with some fur cut off randomly and consider the voucher redeemed. I gave in and paid the extra fee and when I got my dog back she was still dizzy from the sedative. Her muzzle was sticky and wet which usually means she has thrown up but they didn't even have the decency to clean her face up before they handed her to me. And to top it all off the groomer didn't even do a good job. Save yourself the heartache and avoid this place. 1/9/13 UPDATE: Found that my dog has a piece of her skin cut off under her armpit. The groomer never told me and I can only assume that's why she had to sedate the dog. Well, gee, I wonder why she was moving around too much. Maybe because you cut a patch of her skin off!!!!!
