These people were great. We got an appointment within two days of calling. Dr. Linda was a good listener, and handled my cat with care. She even took time to write an analysis and report of my cat's condition, and advice for keeping her healthy, with some suggestions for better food than I feed her and where to get it. She prescribed medication and gave it to me at the appointment, and educated me on how to properly dose her. I was holding my breath when settling the bill, and was so relieved at how reasonably priced the services were. We have used another vet in Tallahassee who charged twice as much for the same service. We will stick with Los Robles. Great staff, caring service, no hassles.

Los Robles has given me excellent care for my sweet Molly who has epilepsy. Not only is the care first rate, but the staff is so wonderful to me and takes a personal interest in making Molly as comfortable as possible every times she's there. She is highly anxious and they go so out of their way to make the environment calm and soothing for her. I also greatly appreciate that Dr. Donofro offers alternative medical options that are all natural in nature such as acupuncture, holistic remedies, and other all natural options. They have always gone above and beyond in taking care of Molly. I'm so grateful to have found them!!

DO NOT USE THIS VET. All they are trying to do is weasel as much money as out if you as possible. I got my dog spayed with them because I was led to believe that it was included in the puppy plan I previously bought and then when I went to pick my dog up afterwards they decided to mention it was going to cost me $400!!! And were not even apologetic that they had led me to believe that it was part of the plan, and even told me it was my fault!! This staff is rude and the way they treat people is completely unacceptable, I would keep your pets as far away from them as possible.

I wouldn't trust the care of my dog to anyone else but Los Robles. They are very, very kind and caring. It is truly like dropping your pet off with family. I highly recommend them for pet care, boarding and grooming. They are the best!

I was lucky enough to find this vet when my dog ingested sago palm. I had been looking for a good vet since I had moved and I have never had a better experience than with Dr. Janelle and Dr. Julie. There are few places you can go and have the best experience in every way, especially when dealing with a sick pet, but Los Robles Staff made every part as easy and enjoyable as possible. From the way the staff treated my husband and I, to the way our doctors made our dog feel comfortable before beginning exams, to the patience they showed us in explaining treatment options, there is nothing I can say but these people are what you imagine animal people to be like :-) generous, caring, and warm. Not to mention, after two plasma transfers, 3 close calls, and a dim prognosis, our dog made a FULL recovery. Needless to say, our normally unanimated dog gets very excited when we say any of their names. They even helped us with payment plans. Every doctor there is great and they even offer wholistic treatments if you prefer. Highly recommended.
