Very disappointed with this place. My kitty had surgery and vaccines at this location last Saturday. Along with the surgery I bought a dewormer (the kind you give at home) which they didn't put in the bag they gave me. I called them today and I was told to bring her in again for them to give her the medicine. My cat was wild and is very stressing for her to be put in a cage and transported to a strange location. She is recovering from surgery so I won't move her again, unless it is her annual checkup next year. They can keep the medicine and the money, it seems they need it that much, but I am not using their services again. The vet did a great job with the surgery but the staff...

The only downside is the wait but as others say, I've definitely made a couple hundred by waiting on them instead of another vet office. Always friendly and helpful. Recommend good things and stay on top of their work. (: happy happy kitties.

Great place! I just recently moved to Florida and I had to get my 9 year old Chihuahua registered and vaccinated. Thy did great with him! He's not much of a people person but they handled him really well. I even had them do his dental cleaning and they did great! Overall its a great place to take your pet! And the best part is its affordable! We do everything we can for our "babies" and they make taking good care of them possible!!

I took my one year old cat, Gus, here to get him neutered. I called the day before to see if I could get him in the next day and they scheduled me right in. You have to be there early (8:00) and pick them up around 5-5:30 so you can come before and after work. I had a low income spay/neuter voucher for $10 from Animal Services of Hillsborough and it worked perfectly! The staff was very nice and answered all of my questions when I went to go pick him up. After reading a few reviews of other places that take the voucher I realized this was the best place to go. I'm having my dog neutered here later this week.

After calling many vets within a 20 mile radius to try to get my little sick dog seen, Not One vet (including the Humane Society) would see her without full payment. I was not asking for free services just to be billed until i received my Disability check on the 3rd. A Friend gave me the number to A.C.T. and even though they were very busy, they fit her in and the news was better then i expected and hopefully she is on her way to a quick recovery. Dr Camp, and his staff were very welcoming and caring and went out of their to help me. I have already posted a thank you on face book and have ask all my friends to donate. Thank you again.
