I recently lost Patches, my cat that I had bottle fed as a kitten and lived with for 15 years. I have used Honor Thy Pet with her brother Rocky and another cat that I had so of course I called them for Patches. She passed away on a Saturday and I called them on Sunday to see about making an appointment for Monday. I was told that they could pick her up from my home which they did. The driver arrived and told me to take my time with her, I carried her to the van and he put a sheet on the front seat and told me that she would ride there. He was very sweet and kind in my time of need. In the years that I have used Honor Thy Pet service I have been pleased with not only how I was treated but also how my pet(s)were treated as well. We recently lost our beloved Siamese, Elmo. I contacted several cremation services, but Carmella at Honor Thy Pet was so caring on the phone that it was a no-brainer for us. They made special accommodations for us to witness the cremation, on a Saturday even! Shawn was waiting for us when we arrived, dressed very professionally. They allowed us time to say our final goodbyes and allowed us to control the pace, step by step. What a superb job by all involved. Thank you!
