A great vet! We have used Hyde Park for our 3 dogs for years. The staff is very loving and patient. I know we are in great hands!

By FAR the best vet I have ever been to. I have a 7 year old papillon named Chloe who is like a daughter to me and they always take great care of her! They are little pricier than some other places, but to me, it's worth it because I know my baby is in good hands. They act like they sincerely care about her and don't try to up-sell you on anything. They make kind recommendations but leave it to your decision about your pet. Chloe unfortunately was found to have luxating patella and I had no choice but to have surgery for her quality of life (she literally could no longer run and could barely walk). They recommended me to THE best surgeon and she was up and playing within 6 weeks of the surgery and seemed to have a new lease on life. The reception staff is very friendly and they even have a giant white cat and small dog in the reception area behind the desk. I know that is small, but as someone who is anti-cage, it makes me feel good to know they feel the same way. I just can't say enough about this place. I will be moving to Lakeland soon, but I will most likely keep coming here (barring emergency situations). I love them that much.

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I took my hound into Hyde Park Vet to see what was going on with him. It was one of the hardest days in my life and I wasn't expecting to have to put down my 12 year old dog. However, after seeing Dr. Harper and staff examine him, I knew in my heart what the outcome was going to be. He had, what we thought was a seizure 2 days prior (which he has had a few times before), but my wife and I noticed he wasn't putting any pressure on 2 of his legs. It turns out that what we thought was a seizure was actually a heart condition. Dr. Harper had me listen and feel his heart while we were there and again, at that moment, I had to face reality. Having said that, and although it was one of the worst days in my life, the compassion and care that Dr. Harper and her staff brings is unmatched. Period........... When the decision was made, she was more than accomodating to us. She brought water for my dog, blankets for my wife to lay on the floor with him, and gave us some much needed privacy with Wilson as well. When she came back in, it was time to say goodbye to my amazing dog for over 12 years. Dr. Harper sat down on the floor with me and you could clearly see how hard this was for her as well. I saw real, guinuine compassion for my dog, myself, and my wife. She made me feel 100% comfortable in what we had to do and even though I was a complete mess, she took care of us and said goodbye to such an amazing animal with me. If you are looking for a vet that takes pride in their work, while showing amazing and true compassion for your pet and your family, you don't have to look very far. I recommend Hyde Park Vet and Dr. Harper and her staff to anyone that loves their animals.

I have been taking my babies, including my dog and cat to Hyde Park Vet for years now. I adore them. When I walk into the office, the staff treat me like an old friend, making me feel all warm and fuzzy. My dog actually likes going there. I think she has a secret crush on Craig that works there. :) Anyway, Dr Harper and Dr Mueller have both looked after my pets with great care. Im always asking a million questions and they are always so friendly and caring towards me, never rushing me out the dorr. Im the over protective mother but they never made me feel uncomfortable, which is refreshing. Im so happy I found a family who can take care of my most precious babies.

I've been a patron of The Hyde Park Veterinary Clinic for over two years and it's by far the best vet clinic I've been to. Not only is the clinic super clean, and well maintained, but Dr Harper and Dr Muller are awesome! They take the time you and your pet deserve to make sure that you feel comfortable and your pet is well taken care of. The staff members at the clinic are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place!!!
