Dr. Dan is the most compassionate excellent vet we have found in the last 20 years! His logic to come to the most likely diagnosis on our cats has been spot on. He gives us all the options/risks and costs. He will tell us the odds of a tests accuracy and the cost of the test as well as if he thinks it's worth it. His diagnosis of our cat's thyroid problem was right on (confirmed by the blood test T4 result of 14.1 when the normal range is 1.1 - 3.3) as well the reasons for his behavioral issues and weight loss. The test also confirmed our senior cat's kidney's are in good shape. We are putting the cat on an ear rub medicine that will likely reverse the problem and add years to his life. Dr. Dan is the best and also a genius.

Both Doctors and all the staff whom I have met so far are very compassionate and caring. Dr. Sara and Sarah made my 16 year old cat's transition as stress free and comfortable as possible both for the cat and for me. Her sister is still healthy and for the first time was comfortable and calm during her check up with Dr. Dan. (She has previously been fearful and panicked). I have found veterinarians in whom I have complete trust and can respect without question.

I have had problems with so many vets that take rabbits but Dan and Sarah are amazing with my cats and rabbits!

Dr. Dan's is the BEST Vet in Vero Beach! All the staff is wonderful and kind. The receptionist is terrific! (not an easy job) My dog currently goes there for her monthly cortisone shots and they've always provided the best care for her. I've taken my dogs and cats to other vets (i.e. Animal league) with little to no results.

My wife and I started going to Dan and Sara while Sara still worked at the Humane Society. We were among the first customers when they opened there doors. We feel so strongly about them and there staff that we drive an hour from our house to use there services. There whole staff is among some of the most caring individuals we have had the pleasure of meeting. With over 18 vet offices closer to our home we will always choose the longer route and go to them because the level of caring and compassion from there office is unmatched by any other vet we have dealt with. We do a lot of fostering and rehab work with cats mainly and would reccomend them to anybody in need of animal care and vet services.
