When I adopted my greyhound in November 2013, the rescue group she came from recommended Dr. Miller, and since he had taken care of my dog before I got her (the rescue group had her spayed, wormed, dental work done and vaccinated there), I continued her care with Dr. Miller. It's a long way from Delray Beach where I live to his office, but it is always worth the drive. He really loves animals and puts his dollars into the staff and his practice rather than the decor. Having had to take my dog to a Delray vet on occasion because I just could not make it up to Miller by the end of the day, I found that his prices are very reasonable also. Most importantly though he knows his stuff! He is happy to talk about what's going on with the animal and explain everything about treatment options and future care. When my dog was bitten by another dog and bleeding from two wounds, Dr. Miller cleaned out the wound, and showed me how to do it at home so that with careful attention, the need for stitches was avoided. He also has separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats, which is helpful. Although I'm sure he can treat any breed of dog, when I'm there I usually see big dogs such as greyhounds, shepherds, and such, and he is highly recommended by greyhound owners, since greyhounds have some different health issues than other breeds. Dr. Miller's staff is also great, but there aren't too many of them. I can't say enough about Dr. Miller. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a good vet without the fancy office frills.

I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else in the area and unfortunately I have tried other places. Dr Miller geniunely cares for your pets and the front office staff is very nice.
