I highly recommend Dr. Baker and/or Dr. Bravo for pet rats, and other little pocket pets... they are very experienced in this line of practice. It can be a huge challenge trying to find a vet that is experienced with pocket pets. I am so grateful I found Dr. Baker! Their prices are reasonable, and all the staff is professional, kind, and caring. Out of all the years I have been coming to Baker Vet - I do not have any negative experiences with them. Carmen, another staff member is wonderful....her passion in working with animals definitely shows! They also have doggy day care - where you can drop off your dog for the day. I have not done this yet, but I have met many dog owners in the vet lobby at the end of the day... (Waiting to pick up their dog)... they mention it is well worth it and the price is reasonable too! I have been a client with Baker Veterinary Clinic for over 25 years. In this time the Doctors and staff have always shown the deepest compassion for my 4 legged furry babies. Over the year of course I have been at the clinic for the usually yearly shots and for some emergencies. No matter what reason that brings me to the clinic I have always been handled professionally and compassionately. Always caring for my babies, yes I don't worry when my little girls are in their care because I know they are getting the best care anywhere. One other things to keep in mind, Dr. Baker is the best surgeon around because Dr. Baker's hand holds the scalpel and God hold's Dr Bakers hand.

We have taken 2 dogs and 3 cats to Baker Vets. Their prices are very good and they will work with you and your animal. I love that they never do anything without telling you first. There are vets out there who just do it and then say heres the bill figure it out. The only problem we've ever had was with the male dr. (and I don't know if he's still there) who has a bed side manner of Dr. House, but wasn't very accurate. I just ask not to see him. Everyone else is great and no one else makes you feel like your an idiot. We've since moved out of the area, but are unable to find a good vet, so we are thinking about driving the 40 min to come back here.

I would like to thank Dr. Baker and her kind staff for the compassionate and comforting manner which they extended me in the care and passing of my beloved ferret. Always professional, kind, considerate, compassionate, and always listens to the owners needs. My pets have been in the care of Dr. Baker and her staff the last year I relocated to the area as well as many years before when located at her old address.
