I'm seriously astounded at the bad reviews on here because I have had nothing but wonderful experience with this office. I called them late one afternoon because they are open later than a lot of places and I had gotten home to find my dog was very, very sick. They said to bring him right in. They were so caring and wonderful, stayed past closing time, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and were totally understanding about my financial situation. If I had gone to a pet hospital with 24 hour care (this one does not have that) I likely would have spent thousands. As it was, I was able to bring my dog in every morning on my way to work and pick him up on my way home. He got IV fluids, antibiotics, and steroids for 5 days. They all rejoiced with me when he began to act like his old self again! With the Wellness Plan I saved a lot of money and after he was well I was able to bring him in for shots and other visits and it was all included. My last three visits I didn't pay anything because they were completely covered. The vets here are smart and compassionate and the office staff are all friendly and professional. After every visit I get a follow-up phone call the next day from the vet. The other reviewers can go somewhere else, but I am a loyal Banfield customer.

The doctors here have no idea what they are doing. My dogs been very sick for days and they have not done anything but give her fluids. We took her to the emergency vet last night where she will be in care for three days due to banefield making her condition worsen.

Wish I could give it zero stars!!! Waited in a "patient" room for an hour without being seen by anyone and then my dog and I walked out. No attempt was made to correct the situation just a halfway apology saying "that's not how we do things here" when it obviously is. Save yourself the trouble and go to another vet

in 2004, I had a transaction at this store, Invoice #41854 paid March 14, 2004 for $98.64. Left the store with my sales receipt in hand. I just found out, now in 2010 when I ran my credit report that they reported me to the credit bureau for collections and it will remain on my record until April 2011. I called the main company to ask them to resolve the issue. They claimed I have to go directly to the store on Okeechobee Blvd. to report this. I AM STEAMED.

I had brought my 6 year old boxer for shots and have a lump looked at. They took the biopsy of the lump and told me that they would call my in 3 to 4 days with the results. 7 days went by and no phone call. So i call them and now they tell me i have to come in and pay a vet visit to get the results. They clearly told me at the time they would call me and no extra charges. I will never bring my dog their again! They could care less about my dogs health. Its just a pay check to them.
