We genuinely appreciate the care we received from Dr. Carmack. She was gentle, honest and professional. She gave us options and time to consider them. There are few people that can help you feel better when your pet is very sick. They do their best to make the situation as comfortable as possible.

I was referred to Dr. Roy recently upon learning from our primary care vet that my 4 yr old female Rottie had bone cancer. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Whether we were there at a scheduled 8am appointment, or an emergency appointment at 11pm, they were warm and welcoming to us both. Dr. Roys honesty and openness regarding the surgery, cost and recovery allowed us to properly prepare for what our Jasmine would experience during the next couple months. I highly recommend him as a surgeon and the office for their professionalism. I wish I had such positive experiences with my own doctors.

If you love your pet you will never step one foot inside this horrible place. They did not read an x-ray correctly or maybe not at all, which resulted in the death of my dog. I had to witness the painful death of my poor dog because of their incompetence to read an x-ray. Do a lot of research on your vet and any veterinary hospital before you trust them with the life of your best friend!

Overcharge, one person doesn’t know what the other is doing, they run unnecessary checks/test on your animal and they will have you sign an upfront statement charging your credit card before the first test is done. Stay as far away from this facility as you can unless you like to be taken to the cleaners. Integrity is not in their vocabulary.

I had a really great experience with this office. There was hardly any wait to be seen at night, and the staff was wonderful. They let me visit with my pup as much as I wanted and kept me updated through the night. Hopefully we never have an emergency again but if we do I will go back.
