I went to have a skin scrape test done on my puppy, I was concerned she had mange because she was losing hair. They did the skin scrape and said there was nothing there. My mother, who has my pup's sister (part of the same litter) started showing signs of hair loss 3-4 days after my puppy and took her to the vet as well ( a different vet). The vet said that my mom's puppy very clearly had demodex mange ( not even the difficult one to detect) and that there is a 99% chance my puppy has the same. I called back St. Francis to politely let them know that I had right to believe their vet was wrong and that I would like to schedule another appointment to have another skin scrape done because you cannot treat mange until it is diagnosed properly. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and proceeded to have an awful attitude throughout our entire conversation. This place is not very well put together. They are a considerable amount cheaper than other places, but the quality of the place and staff is horrendous.

We have taken our dog to this vet on numerous occasions, we like the doc and the staff as well as the prices. my dog loves them, she cant wait to go see them! I have never had a dog who liked going to the vet, but that is what happens now with this dog and this vet.
